3 Minute Wonder Turkeys like chickens but bigger

My idea is to look into keeping and rearing turkeys for meat considering we are raising our third generation of turkeys at home this will be an interactive documentary that consists of interviews with my parents about the previous turkey we have and the current new hatch-lings  It will also consist of dead footage of the turkeys  in their enclosure.
